Refining Organisational Culture
Every organisational culture is a sum total of the individual cultures of the people that make up that organisation. It would be somewhat futile to establish an organisational culture that is foreign to the individual cultures that make up the workforce of that organisation.
Whenever change is necessary, a review of organisational culture is most necessary; none of which will be sustainable until the individuals within that organisation adopt the mindset of the desired organisational culture.
Human resource management involves understanding individual cultures and training them into alignment with the desired organisational culture.
